Whitespace Sample Program Coordinator
Location: Piscataway, NJ
Position Summary
PuraCap Pharmaceutical LLC. is a fast growing New Jersey based private-hold pharmaceutical company, who has operations globally. PuraCap Pharmaceutical LLC develops, manufactures and supplies pharmaceutical products to the healthcare industry in US and worldwide market, including but not limited to prescription drugs, OTC drugs, and personal care products.
This position will perform the various tasks required to maintain the whitespace sample program.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Works with marketing department to continuously grow and improve the EpiCeram sample program
- Serves as sales representative for all whitespace (out of range) physicians
- Takes daily incoming calls and messages requesting EpiCeram and EpiCeram-L samples
- Receives, organizes, and accurately processes sample request forms daily
- Responsible for organized and clear communication with shipping department weekly, which includes status reports and shipping lists, to ensure all physicians receive their samples in a timely manner
- Keeps clear and organized records of all physicians enrolled in the sample program, in both hard copy and electronically
- Keeps in direct contact with the sales force, ensuring all physicians within their range receive samples
- Receive and process faxes daily
- Communicated with Marketing and Sales departments regularly
Qualifications
- Very organized and detail oriented
- Must have at least a High School Diploma, College degree preferred
- At least 1 year of fulfillment coordination experience
- At least 2-3 years’ clerical experience
- Persistent and good with follow up
- Clear and friendly phone communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Must be able to think quickly and solve problems without hesitation
- Is careful and organized with documents, both paper and electronic
- Good list management skills
- Basic understanding of the prescription sample industry is a plus
Other Responsibilities
- Proof read flyers, labels, and other documents
- Help to organize Speaker’s program
- Create progress reports
- Analyze and organize data
- Organize papers and documents
- Answer phone calls with questions regarding EpiCeram
- Develop and make changes to SRFs, AOCs, and other documents
